Great place for breakfast. Maybe 10-12 tables and counter service. Place is always busy which is a good sign. Good size portions and very reasonable prices. I love the Holy Cow Omelet 6 eggs 3 cheese various meats and veggies. Served on a serving tray with hash browns and toast. Easily two full meals. Wife has the Sunrise special which is 2 eggs cooked to order, breakfast meat, hash browns, toast, coffee and juice. Always tasty and cooked to perfection. Many bikers from the Pinellas Trail stop here for breakfast on the weekends so it is always busy.

Dropped in yesterday about lunchtime, nearly half full. The counter is directly in front of you as you walk in. A waitress-cashier was talking to a customer seated along the counter, but told me to sit anywhere. Picked one of the three tables to the left of the counter, she quickly comes over and asks what to drink, coffee please. Would you like the breakfast or the lunch menu? Breakfast. A minute later she returns, do you need a minute? I'll have a ham omelet with home fries and rye toast, $5.50 on the menu. Another waitress brings my order in less than five minutes, a large omelet and chunky potato cubes that was quite filling. Coffee reloaded twice, once more would have been nice but not complaining after checking the bill and noticing 39 cents for coffee. Senior citizen discount? Many older faithful customers it appears. Walls adorned with historic pictures of nautical themes. Did not sit at the larger dining hall on the right side. A pleasant family diner where everyone feels welcome, enjoyed it.

This place is on the end of the building. It is a small place. I came in Saturday afternoon around 1 pm and it was about half full. This place looks like it has a lot of regulars since most of the customers look like they knew the employees working there. There is counter service along with about a dozen tables. The interior is decorated and the walls are pink. This provides a "homey" feel to the restaurant. As for the food, I decided to go with the Holy Cow Omelet. It was definitely large enough to be split into two meals and I enjoyed the hash browns along with the toast. The omelet itself was tasty, but a little too much grease leaking out from the inside for me. It is probably from the bacon and cheese inside the omelet. However, the food came out within 10 minutes from my order, which was nice and fast. The waitress was also attentive to my drink by pouring refills when it was almost empty. Overall, this is a place worth trying. The place has decent food, nice customer service, lots of regulars and decorated walls. Since they were some regulars there, I think I will have to come back to try their other items sometime to see how they fare.
